- On the Compatibility tab, clear the Run this program in compatibility mode for option.
- Click Change settings for all users.
- On the Compatibility for all users tab, clear the Run this program in compatibility mode for option.
- Click OK two times.
If the Compatibility tab does not exist, click Cancel on the application Properties page to close it, and then follow these steps:
- Right-click Outlook.exe, and then select Troubleshoot compatibility.
- Select Troubleshoot Program.
- Clear all options, and then click Next.

- Click Close.

If an entry for The latest desktop version of Office does not appear in the list, contact your administrator or go to the following website:
Verify the status of the service health for the Office Subscription service.
